We currently ship to most countries in the European Union, including Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Poland, and more.

We are working on expanding to additional countries. Subscribe to our newsletter for updates on international availability.

Each artwork is hand-painted by a professional artist. Production times vary depending on the artist’s workload, artwork size, and design complexity.

Production Time: 2–3 weeks
Customer Approval: You will receive preview images once the painting is complete.
Shipping After Approval: Once you confirm the artwork, we will proceed with shipping.
Estimated Total Time from Order to Delivery: 3–5 weeks

As soon as your artwork ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

We ship with DHL Paket and other trusted international logistics partners depending on the destination and package format.

Shipping is always free.
No matter the size, weight, or destination — we cover all shipping costs for you.

Delivery Attempts: If you are not present at the time of delivery and the shipment cannot be completed after repeated attempts, we are not responsible for delays or returns.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days after shipping, contact us at info@fine-art-club.com with your order number. We’ll help resolve the issue promptly.
