Review your preview photos and video carefully before approval. If you're completely unsatisfied at this stage, we offer a full refund. Once approved and shipped, we guarantee safe delivery with full insurance coverage and will provide replacements for any damaged or lost shipments.
Which materials are used?
We use artist-grade linen canvas with professional oil or acrylic paints that are non-toxic and durable. Solid wood stretcher bars, protective varnish, and optional premium floater frames. Everything comes ready to hang.
What is “Preview before shipment”?
Once your painting is finished, you'll receive high-resolution photos and a short video for review. If you're satisfied, we'll frame it (if chosen) and ship with full insurance. Need adjustments? We'll handle them free of charge before shipping.
What’s the painting creation time?
Paintings typically take 2-3 weeks to complete. After you approve the preview, shipping takes 5-7 business days. Total timeline: 3-4 weeks from start to delivery.
What is a Certificate of Authenticity?
A signed document listing the title, size, materials, completion date, and (where applicable) edition details, verifying the artwork’s origin from Fine Art Club.
Do you take custom requests?
Absolutely, sizes up to 200 cm+, orientation changes, and nuanced color tweaks are possible. Share your idea at info@fine-art-club.com for options and a quote.
