Founders
Behind Fine Art Club are Moritz and Yubran, two Berlin-based friends who discovered a frustrating gap in the art world while trying to furnish their own homes with meaningful pieces.
Moritz, with his background in brand strategy and visual storytelling, had spent years helping companies create compelling visual identities. But when it came to finding affordable original paintings for his own space, he hit a wall, everything was either mass-produced prints or gallery pieces with intimidating price tags.
Yubran, an expert in e-commerce and product development, saw the same problem from the logistics side. He knew there had to be a way to buy affordable art online without sacrificing quality or authenticity. His experience in bringing complex products to market made him believe that accessible fine art was possible with the right approach.
The breakthrough came when they realized they could combine Moritz's eye for design and concept creation with Yubran's operational expertise and modern technology. Instead of competing with traditional galleries, they would create something entirely new, an art community online where beautiful, hand-painted works could reach people who had been priced out of the art market.
Their vision was simple but revolutionary: make owning unique, hand-painted art as straightforward as buying a poster, but with all the soul and presence of a gallery piece. They wanted to prove that art for everyone didn't have to mean compromising on quality.
