Refunds & Returns Policy

At Fine Art Club, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. Each artwork is hand-painted to order and undergoes a thorough quality process before shipping. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Preview & Satisfaction Guarantee

Before your artwork is shipped, you will receive high-resolution preview images.
If you are not satisfied with the result, we offer:

  • Complimentary adjustments by the original artist, or

  • A full repainting by a different artist (one time only)

This ensures you receive a piece you truly love.


Cancellations & Custom Orders

  • You may cancel or modify your order within 48 hours of purchase at no cost.

  • After 48 hours, a 15% cancellation fee will apply to cover administrative and artist preparation costs.

  • Custom paintings (not listed in our standard catalog) are non-refundable once production has started.


Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours at info@fine-art-club.com

  2. Include clear photos of the issue and a short description

  3. Upon verification, we will send a replacement or issue a refund promptly


Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of purchase, please reach out to us at info@fine-art-club.com and we will investigate immediately.


Important Notes

  • Address Accuracy: We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address details. Reshipping costs will be invoiced to the customer.

  • Missed Deliveries: We are not liable if the delivery fails due to your absence at the delivery time.

  • Phone Number Required: Please provide a valid phone number during checkout to ensure smooth delivery coordination.


Limited Editions

Refunds are not available for artworks from our Limited Edition Collection, as these pieces are crafted exclusively for you and cannot be resold.


Delayed Deliveries

Due to the handmade nature of our artwork, production and shipping timelines may vary. We cannot offer refunds for delayed orders.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Artist availability or production backlog

  • Public holidays

If you have a strict deadline, please inform us before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility.
